Propane stove, fridge, sink and bath fixtures all work good. Has central heating/A/C. NOTE: Includes new window A/C since I didn't trust the unit's A/C to stay ahead of the west kootenay summer heat. Has a canvas canopy. Nice cabinetry, Comfortable carpeted bedroom. Needs new finish flooring in hall and kitchen/living area, and exterior needs some restorative work, and roof leaks so tarps are necessary until roof is waterproofed. NADA states this model at average of $2800. But of course the condition of this one means a much lower price so you tell me what you think it's worth to you after coming to view it in person. If the offer is reasonable then you tow it away!
